Minimum order value
The minimum order value amounts to 20.00 EUR of commodity value.

Deliveries
We do not deliver books for inspection or approval. For deliveries abroad, the product will be sent only after receipt of payment. The payment takes place by advance invoice or by credit card. It is subject to Westermann Kommunikation to carry out part deliveries.

Forwarding expenses
Germany
to 100.00 EUR of commodity value 3.90 EUR from 100.00 EUR of commodity value, free of forwarding costs
Other countries
For deliveries abroad we calculate the actual expenses incurred through the dispatch with DHL. The expenses are declared by the shop system.

Terms of payment
The payment of all deliveries inland follows after our choice for either invoice payable within 14 days or against cash on delivery. Also the payment by credit card is possible. Deliveries abroad generally only with payment via credit card (Master or Visa Card) in advance.

Resignation
Westermann Kommunikation is entitled a right of withdrawal if the customer has misrepresented his credit rating or terminates his payments or has applied for bankruptcy proceedings or settlement proceedings concerning his legal estate, unless, the customer pays in advance.
