The aim of this book is to indicate the possibilities and approaches of a town planning light creation as well as to introduce methods and instruments for the planning and conversion of a light draught in towns and municipalities. The authors light up the subject from quite different points of view, they give practical instructions for the juridical security of a light planning, for technical solutions and to possibilities of the energy reduction in costs. The wide spectrum of the example projects from the home and foreign countries confirms that a conceptual light planning contributes not only to a rise of the quality of life, but, moreover, leads to a clear discharge of the environment and the public budgetary cashes.
